# Issuer (Organisation) ID

Each organisation has unique ID to be allocated via the [distributed issuer registry](https://docs.profile.io/system-overview/profile.io-architecture/broken-reference).

Onboarding of Issuers

* initial non-scaleable process of KYB
* long term issuer registry to be decentralised while maintaining unique ID approach
* API to integrate issuer

Admins are individual User Profile IDs. Can have more than 1 admin.

Admins can then issue VCs from the organisation to user profiles to hold in their account.
